Excellent Customer Service

We had a major issue with a client email that is hosted on GoDaddy. Luis R. solved the issue for us in 5 minutes where, up to that moment, we had been busy trying to solve the issue for 3 days. It was quite complicated as lots of adjustments to their domains DNS records had to be made in order for the Microsoft 365 Outlook on GoDaddy to continue to receive and send their emails while the web hosting is on Doteasy. Luis R. simply did an awesome job and gave us the kind of excellent support we continuously receive from Doteasy.

My experience with Made at Doteasy…

My experience with Made at Doteasy customer support was great. It all unfortunately started with a technical difficulty when I switched my website I just built to my domain hosted by Doteasy and unfortunately had issues with my emails. This whole website scenario is very new to me but Made was very patient and informative. They went above and beyond by sharing photos back and forth and was very professional! One of the best experiences I have had via chat.

I had a scammer sending me multiple threatening emails and reached out to Doteasy Support for guidance on how to block them. Nick S advised me on what action to take and assisted me in setting up a DKIM to resolve the issue. Very grateful for this quick and effective support!!
