It is crucial to ensure your administrative contact email is accurate to receive important notifications regarding your Doteasy account. Update it in the Member Zone to avoid any disruptions in service.

To reset your Doteasy account password, visit the Member Zone login page, click Forgot?, enter your domain or Member ID, and submit. Check email for the password reset link. If needed, contact support to update your account details.

Creating a Doteasy Master Account allows centralized management of multiple hosting accounts. Easily edit domain information from one dashboard with one login. Follow these steps in your Doteasy Member Zone to set up your Master Account.

Access your Doteasy account through the Member Zone for administrative tasks. Use your Member ID and password for login. From there, manage hosting, domains, and more. For cPanel access, log in to the Member Zone first and click on Access Site Admin Panel (cPanel).
