Common Email Issues

If you've forgotten your domain admin email password, click the 'Forgot?' link in the Member Zone login panel to receive a reset link. To change user email passwords, login to Member Zone, go to Manage Email Accounts, select the account, and click Change Password.

If your email account is over the disk quota, increase the space allocation. Log in to your Doteasy Member Zone, go to Email, Manage Email Accounts, find the account, and click Change Quota to update it.
