Email Protection Customization

To access quarantined emails, log in as Domain User (Admin) via Doteasy Member Zone, or as Email User via mymailhosting.com. Choose actions like releasing emails, downloading, adding to allow list, and more to manage emails effectively. Use the dropdown box for message options.

To migrate your email rules from the former Doteasy system, log in and export rules. Convert the file using the provided tool. Download the Blacklist and Whitelist files. Import them into SpamExperts through Doteasy Member Zone. Refresh to apply changes.

To add new email users in the Email Protection System, go to Manage Email Users in Users & Permissions or Incoming - Protection Settings. Then, click Add, fill in the details, assign a separate password, and Save.

To manage sender allow list in Email Protection System, log in as Domain User (Admin) through Doteasy Member Zone, or as an Email User via [https://app.mymailhosting.com]. Access the ''Sender allow list'' in the ''Incoming - Protection Settings'' section to add whitelist entries.
