Email Signatures

To create a global domain email signature in SmarterMail, log in to your Doteasy Member Zone, access the SmarterMail administrator account, and navigate to Settings. Under Domain Settings, configure your signature with HTML formatting, including images if desired. Save your changes and set up mappings for user overrides if needed.

To change your email signature on iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, tap Mail, then Signature. Replace the default text with your custom message. On Android, open Email app, go to Account Settings, then Signature to create a custom signature.

When crafting your email signature, keep it concise by including your name, company, position, and contact info only. Add a personal touch with a photo, but avoid using images that can be blocked or copied. Show personality and use a simple call-to-action to engage recipients.

To create an email signature in SmarterMail, log in to Webmail. Access the Settings, then click on Signatures under My Settings. Customize your signature with text, links, images, and styling options. Save your changes and assign the signature to your email account.

To create a custom email signature using RoundCube webmail, log in and access Settings. Choose the Identities tab, select your email address, and input your signature text. For HTML formatting, check the HTML Signature box. Remember to save your changes to ensure the new signature appears when composing emails.

To create an email signature in Thunderbird, open the application, go to ''Tools > Account Settings''. In the 'Signature Text' section, write your message. Click ''OK'' to save.
