If you are having problems sending and receiving emails on your email client, then your first step is to see if you can replicate the problem on your Webmail account.

To create a domain email account, login to your Doteasy Member Zone, navigate to the Email section under Hosting, access cPanel, go to Email Accounts, add email username, select domain, set password and quota, then click Create Account.

To delete emails in SmarterMail, log in, select emails, and click delete. For mass deletion, choose Delete All Messages in Folder. To delete folders, right-click, select Delete Folder, and confirm deletion. Remember, deleted items cannot be recovered.

To migrate your email rules from the former Doteasy system, log in and export rules. Convert the file using the provided tool. Download the Blacklist and Whitelist files. Import them into SpamExperts through Doteasy Member Zone. Refresh to apply changes.
