Deleting Emails and Email Accounts

To delete emails in Horde, log in and select emails to delete by checking the box next to them. Click Delete. To mass delete by folder, right-click on a folder and choose Empty. Confirm the action by clicking OK. To delete folders, right-click on a folder, select Delete, choose to delete subfolders if needed, and confirm with OK.

To delete a domain email user account on cPanel or SmarterMail, log in to your Doteasy Member Zone, access email settings, find the account you wish to remove, and click delete. Follow the specific steps for your hosting platform as described.

To delete emails in SmarterMail, log in, select emails, and click delete. For mass deletion, choose Delete All Messages in Folder. To delete folders, right-click, select Delete Folder, and confirm deletion. Remember, deleted items cannot be recovered.

To delete emails in RoundCube, log in via webmail, highlight the message, and click Delete. For mass deletion, access Settings, choose Folders, select desired folder, and click Empty. To delete folders, follow the same steps but choose Delete instead of Empty.
