Deleting Emails in Horde

Deleting emails

Log in to Horde via Webmail Sign-in
Click the checkbox next to the From to select the email messages you want to delete.
Click Delete to delete the selected email(s).

Mass Delete Emails by Folder

If you have not already done so, log in to Horde via Webmail Sign-in
From the left menu, right-click on the folder to open the Folder Menu and select Empty.
Click OK on the confirmation window to complete the action.

Deleting Email Folders

If you have not already done so, log in to Horde via Webmail Sign-in.
From the left menu, right-click on the folder to open the Folder Menu and select Delete.
If you want to delete all subfolders, click the Delete all subfolders option.
Click OK on the confirmation window to complete the action.

Deleting Emails in RoundCube

To delete emails in RoundCube, log in via webmail, highlight the message, and click Delete. For mass deletion, access Settings, choose Folders, select desired folder, and click Empty. To delete folders, follow the same steps but choose Delete instead of Empty.
