If your email account is over the disk quota, increase the space allocation. Log in to your Doteasy Member Zone, go to Email, Manage Email Accounts, find the account, and click Change Quota to update it.

To edit a zone file record in cPanel, go to Zone Editor under Domains. Find your addon domain, click Manage, then Edit the desired record in Zone Records. Make necessary changes and save by clicking Edit Record when done.

Download and install Classic FTP software from [http://www.nchsoftware.com/classic/](http://www.nchsoftware.com/classic/). Enter FTP info, click ''OK'' to connect to server. Use drag-and-drop or arrows for easy file transfers.

If you are subscribed to the Doteasy Unlimited or SSD hosting plans, you can add add-on domains to your account. Register the domain, point it to Doteasy's name servers, and add it via cPanel.

The cPanel Full Backup tool lets you create a compressed file of all of your website’s files and configurations. You can then download the file on to your local computer for storage or you can use it to move your hosting account to another server.
